HOW TO BOOK
Booking your celebration is easy.
Six simple steps from your first idea to the moment you arrive. Tell us what you are dreaming of, and we take care of everything else.
STEP 01
Choose your celebration
Wedding, long table dinner, baby or bridal shower, birthday, proposal or a picnic with your favourite people. Pick the experience that feels like you:
· Weddings & long table events
· Pop-Up Picnic (we set up and pack down)
· DIY Picnic Hire (you style it)
· Catering & add-ons
STEP 02
Pick your date
Choose the day you want to celebrate and roughly how many guests are coming. We welcome groups from 2 to 60 guests.
Planning a picnic in a public park, by a lake or near the water? The council needs 12 business days to approve the permit, so the earlier you book, the better. Private homes and DIY Picnic Hire can be booked with shorter notice.
STEP 03
Choose your style & location
Pick your colour palette: shades of yellow, white, blue, blush pink, orange or hot pink, or mix any two colours. Tell us your vibe or send us a photo you love.
Then choose your spot: a partner restaurant, your own home, or one of our favourite coastal, lakeside and garden locations.
STEP 04
Send us a message
Message us on WhatsApp with your occasion, date, guest numbers, location and style. That is all we need to start.

STEP 05
Receive your quote & secure your date
We put together a personalised quote for your celebration, including any add-ons, catering and council or travel fees.
Happy with everything? Approve your quote and complete your payment to lock in your date. It is that easy.
STEP 06
Relax. We do the rest.
We take care of the council permit (for public parks), the styling, the set-up and the pack down. On the day, all you have to do is arrive, enjoy and make beautiful memories.

A few quick details
✓ Public park picnics need 12 business days for council approval
✓ Council fees are separate: $42 for standard parks, $139 for premium parks
✓ Complimentary travel within 20km of Bundall ($20 between 20km and 30km)
✓ A refundable $100 bond applies to picnic bookings
